We will manage all your on-site service requirements, from electrical sockets to a
corkscrew, calculate the necessary electrical power requirements for your equipment
and all stand lighting, liaise with the official contractors and complete the forms, including
location plans, instructions and payment.

We will supply plasma screens, DVD players, laptops or PCs with high quality flat screens
as per your requirements, suggesting the best options for size, price and positioning, plus
order internet connections, hubs, wiring, etc. and provide any necessary underfloor ducting
plans to the I.T. supplier.

We will organise any hospitality or catering requirements with the on site supplier or your
preferred supplier, plus water/waste, compressed air, etc.

We can provide furniture on hire, or produce counters, reception desks, workstations,
showcases, plinths, etc. as an integral part of the stand design.
